Hertzberg and Francois, authors of Artisan Bread in Fives Minutes a Day, have extended their innovative dough-making technique to pizza and flatbread. They give chefs lots of tasty variations such as cornmeal masa dough, semolina, whole grain spelt, gluten-free and more, plus intriguing ideas for sauces and toppings. Mmmmm, pizza!

If you've already fallen off the New Years resolution wagon, here's a cookbook that will make decadent indulgence worthwhile: The Rosie's Bakery All-Butter, Cream-Filled, Sugar-Packed Baking Book by Judy Rosenberg.
