Sci Fi+ Book Club - Inaugural Meeting
New at Bear Pond Books! The SciFi+ (Plus) Book Club. Why SciFi+ you ask? The truth is, speculative fiction, or books that ask "What if?" are a passion for many people. Those who read Science Fiction often read Fantasy, Horror, Futuristic, Dystopia stories, and on... Some books that would be considered Sci Fi by one group might be considered mainstream fiction by others... This group will explore the edges of genres, and have fun stepping over them as well.
Join us for our first meeting on May 18th at 7pm. For our first month, we'll be reading/discussing Dune by Frank Herbert.
