Website Ordering FAQ

A few guidelines in case any questions arise as you shop online:

 

I placed an order on the website, when will it be ready? 

Orders are processed during business hours in the order they come in. We will email you as soon as possible to let you know the status of your order. Orders placed before 4pm are usually processed that day. 

 

Why won't the website let me order the book I want? 

Some books are not readily available from our distributors. At this time of year, these books will be harder to get and may not be available in time for Christmas. In addition, some local books do not show in stock. Please call for availability. 

 

What's the quickest way to get my books?

Pick books that are listed as "On Our Shelves" and choose "In Store Pick-up" or "Back Door Pick-up" as your delivery method. If you're really in a hurry, skip the website order and come directly to the store. 

 

Can I order puzzles on your website? 

Unfortunately, no. Gift & toy items are not on our website. But we regularly post updates about our puzzle & gift selection on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Check them out!
