Website Ordering FAQ

A few guidelines in case any questions arise as you shop online:

I placed an order on the website, when will it be ready? 

Orders are processed during business hours in the order they come in. We will email you as soon as possible to let you know the status of your order. Orders placed before 4pm are usually processed that day. 

Can I order a Gift Card on the website? 

Yes! There is a Gift Cards icon on the front page. We can ship it for you or hold it for in-store pick-up.

Why won't the website let me order the book I want? 

Some books are not readily available from our distributors. In addition, some local books do not show in stock. Please call for availability. 

What's the quickest way to get my books?

Pick books that are listed as "On Our Shelves" and choose "In Store Pick-up" as your delivery method. If you're really in a hurry, skip the website order and come directly to the store. 

Can I order puzzles on your website? 

Unfortunately, no. Gift & toy items are not on our website. But we regularly post updates about our puzzle & gift selection on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Check them out!
