She has been in the driver’s seat of some of the most successful global campaigns in the last decade including: the launch of the SDG’s, Product (RED), the creation of the SDG Lions and rebranding of the UN Refugee Agency.

Nathalie Alonso is a Cuban American writer and journalist from Queens, New York. Since 2006, she has been part of the Spanish editorial team at MLB.com, the official website of Major League Baseball. Nathalie is a member of the Baseball Writers Association of America. In 2019, she was awarded the inaugural Highlights Foundation Diversity Fellowship in Children’s Literature. Her writing for children has appeared in the magazines Faces and Cobblestone. Nathalie earned a B.A. in American studies from Columbia University.
